Quebec​

The Quebec Pharmaceuticals Products Program, managed by the Health Products Stewardship Association (HPSA) and financed by producers of consumer health products, covers the costs associated with the safe and responsible disposal of consumer health products returned by the public through registered collection locations.

Veterinary Promotion Locations​

Veterinary facilities can register as Veterinary Promotion Locations under the Quebec Pharmaceuticals Products Program.
A Veterinary Promotion Location is a partner site that supports HPSA in promoting the safe disposal of unwanted medications and used medical sharps returned by the public through participating pharmacies.
