Governance
HPSA is governed by a board of directors consisting of representatives of companies that produce consumer health products and independent individuals with specific expertise . Directors represent a diverse group of the health products industry that oversees and provides direction for the HPSA stewardship programs under provincial regulations for medications and medical sharps products.
A deliberative council (DC) administers the ARPS program of Quebec and is composed of representatives from companies participating in the program. The DC reports to the board of directors. View HPSA Bylaws.
