HPSA represents producers of consumer health products in Canada. It was formed to fulfill the producers’ stewardship obligations in provinces with regulations that require them to ensure the safe and effective collection and disposal of unwanted medications and medical sharps. As part of its mandate, HPSA develops program plans and annual reports covering program performance and any additional obligations outlined by the province.

Below you will find our plans and reports specific to each province in which HPSA manages return programs. Provinces not found below do not currently have stewardship regulations for consumer health products.
